Move in will be Saturday July 19th starting at 8 am. The Mu-Upsilon Chapter President Matthew Vella will distribute keys only after 8 am on July 19th. The Willow house is chock full of furniture, so be sure to call a fraternity brother down at school to see what you need to bring.

I have also uploaded the Housing Corporation's Standard Operating Procedures and House Rules for residents and the members of Tau Kappa Epsilon to read and learn. These rules and procedures supersede the current bylaws and will govern the house for the foreseeable future.

Have fun moving in! The house is now yours.

Floor Plans

June 23rd 2008

Dear Resident,

The floor plans are up! With the floor plans now available, our residents have the ability to request the room they would like to live in. Take some time to look over the plans. You will notice that each one of the bedrooms has a number assigned to it. Some of the bedrooms are also labeled as a single; these are the only bedrooms that those who signed a "single bedroom lease" may choose from. Please contact your room mate and decide which rooms you would prefer, and rank them one through five. After you have decided upon your five choices, please enter them into the contact form on this site along with your names, whether or not you or your roommate lived in 9 or 13, and your scroll numbers. Those residents who have sent in their contracts will have their room choices considered before those who have not. Please have your requests in before July 10th. Room assignments will be listed here on July 15th.

The website is up and running! Have a look around but be patient, some of the features have not been uploaded yet. The downloadable forms, F.A.Q, online rent payment, and contact information is all up and available for use. The video and floor plans should be made available within the coming months. Enjoy!
