A. The rooms are furnished with beds and dressers.
Q. How much is rent for the 2008 − 2009 school year?
A. The full cost to live in the 306 W. Willow property in a double for a whole year is $4,800 split up into four payments: one on August 1st for $600, the second on September 15th for $1,800, the third payment on November 1st for $600, and the last payment on February 15th for $1,800. Q. My son was living in Delaine 9 or Delaine 13 and has already paid three to four months rent on a property, what is the housing corporation doing to ensure that my son does not pay extra rent?
A. MY−TKE Housing Inc. is well aware of the problem and is deducting the amount that has been paid on other properties from your son's February payment. For those who have a lease at 9 Delaine for the Fall '08 − Spring '09 school year will pay a February payment of $520. Those who have a lease at 13 Delaine for the Fall '08 − Spring '09 school year will pay a February payment of $700. These numbers are different if your son is living in a single, please consult your lease or call if you have further questions.
Q. Why are there three different March 15th payments?
A. There are three different February 15th payments because many individuals have paid rent for the old fraternity houses. The difference in the February 15th payment for Delaine 9 and 13 is due to the difference in the monthly rent paid on those properties from March 2008 − July 2008.
