Mission Statement:

Mu Upsilon − Tau Kappa Epsilon Housing Inc. strives to manage a safe, comfortable, clean, and quality residential living space for the men of Tau Kappa Epsilon by providing efficient, caring, and professional services to our residents.

Goals:

• To be a superior property management company for the men of Tau Kappa Epsilon.
• To provide scholarships for leaders in the Mu Upsilon chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon.
• To continuously improve the physical condition, amenities, and services at the 306 W. Willow property.
• To create an atmosphere in which residents and property management can work together cohesively for improved service and living space.
